While I loved Denise Giardina’s book: “Good King Harry,” I couldn’t help thinking how much better the description of the battle of Agincourt would’ve been if you had written it. It lacked the uncanny feel you bring to this type of writing, and included some legendary, if not historical, omissions (leaving out Davy Gam and Roger Vaughan was a slight to Welshmen everywhere!). Have you ever considered writing a book on this, one of England’s greatest victories? Ted Vaughan
Dear Bernard, Thanks again for the countless hours of enjoyable reading you have given me over the years. A while back now, you said you were writing a book on Agincourt, but I have not heard any more about it. I just wondered if this book was still in your plans or been shelved.(shudders) Thanks again David A Wimborne Minster,Dorset
