Dear Mr Cornwell, I am a A2 level student and I am conducting my history coursework on Wellington. The question that i am trying to answer is ‘To what extent was Wellington more successful as a soldier than as a politician?’ I was hoping that you could give me your views on these two parts of his life and recommend some books for some historical debate as you are a credible historian.
