I have just read the first two parts of the Grail Quest and enjoyed the tales immensely. the only niggle I have is your repeated use of the words ‘in a heartbeat’. Could it not be: A moment later or Quickly or Instantly or anything else less that is not contemporary US slang or CNN speak – please ?
