Dear Sir, I am going into my 2nd year of high school and have my heart set on writing military historical fiction; I can’t see myself doing anything else. I will try not to play 20 questions with you but if I do I’m sorry. First I can write five or six page stories pretty well and I just can’t find a way to keep them going. Do you have any suggestions for me?
In the movie Sharpe’s rifles after being saved by the Spanish and they are in their makeshift camp, is Harper playing a tin whistle and what songs does he play?
Also, I would like to try to learn to play the tin whistle. I am a Civil war re-enactor and I portray an Irish soldier. Are you aware a book/website of old Irish tunes the common Irishman would have known?
Are the Starbuck and Sharpe books on C.D?
This is more of an option question what do think made men the 1800s able to charge straight into canons or wait as a volley ripped then apart?
I’m sorry I don’t know this but was Wellington Prime Minister of England and wasn’t there a I night when there was a mob outside Wellington’s home ready to burn it down and didn’t he walk outside and tell them to stop? Thank you for all days of reading and good luck in Macbeth (sorry I hear its bad luck if you say Macbeth ) and lastly congratulations on your O.B.E. Adam Azzalino
