Hello there. Some time ago I read Stonhenge and really enjoyed it. I enjoy historically acurate novels, but being a romantic old soul I do like a bit of a love interest among the gorey facts of war and tactics. Having watched some of the Sharpe films I think I would enjoy the books, are they fairly accurate interpretations of your books.–Does he fall for the brave and beautiful Theresa? Does he get into the knickers of a host of regency ladies while rampaging around India and Europe? If the answer is yes I’m off to WH Smiths while they still have buy one get one 1/2 price offers on. Your Sharpe books should keep me in reading matter for a while. Have tried looking through the questions asked, but Sharpe and romance gives no response, and as most of the Sharpe questions seem to be from men that is probably why Thanks for reading my rambling. hope to get a reply soon. Have just read this back makes me sound like a sad old pervert! Honestly I’m not. Just a meeting of eyes- a beating of hearts and a kiss in the moonlight is all it takes to liven up a good read for me. Thanks, Lois
