Dear Sir; I was introduced to Richard Sharpe via the American Public Broadcasting Service here in the United States, and enjoyed the five films based on your books very much. Recently I purchased a five-disk DVD set published by a company called BFS Entertainment, and, I hate to convey bad news, but the quality of these DVDs isn’t very good. The image is somewhat fuzzy compared to what I remember seeing broadcast almost ten years ago. However it could be that I’m not remembering the image quality correctly. Do you have any say in quality control of the films based on your books? Have you seen the American edition of the DVDs to make a comparison with the British DVDs? Thanks much for any response you can give.
