Dear Mr Cornwell, I have enjoyed “The Winter King” so much (thank you!) that I have immediately ordered “enemy of God” end “Excalibur” I do have a question: During his last session with Igraine, Derfel refers to his ‘stump’ as the first place to feel the chill. However I do not recall having read about an event in which he lost (presumably in battle) a hand. Did I miss something? (in which case shame on me!) or will all be revealed in the next two books…in which case you must have anticipated writing a sequel. best regards, Paul
