Mr. Cornwell-you were kind enough to address a question of mine before and I wonder if I might ask you another. Now I may be out of luck but I recall in the movie version of Sharpe’s Enemy, he quotes Voltaire “got is not on the side of the biggest…etc” now, I can’t recall if that was included in the book as I read it some years ago but in any case, have you any idea which one of Voltaires works this comes from?
