dear Mr Cornwell, the first book I ever read was the Winter King. I subsequently read all your books I know that you have published except the Sharpe series. I must admit the tv programme put me off more than any other thing, but I’m sure that because a lot of your work is aimed through these I shall get through them soon and just as quickly as your others. I never got into books, you are the one that has truly converted me when I was 18. I’ve visited your website and agree with you that the Arthur chronicles are my favourites as well, although I loved the Starbuck ones. Would you perhaps suggest a similiar author (in the same area) to yourself as in the future I would be interested to know of future books that might be good. My dad got me into you and he’s currently reading the Arthur books (AGAIN)! A film would be a brilliant idea, and far better than Lord of the Rings though I liked it. Have you thought of asking Roman Ibramivich (chelsea chairman) for funding (send him a copy of the series. haha- just a thought!) keep up the good work I think you’re brill. best wishes Iain
