I just finished “Death of Kings,” having avidly read the others in the Saxon Stories. The first three were a Christmas present from my brother-in-law. I hope we will not need to wait to long for the future adventures of Uhtred. I saw “Redcoat” in the list of other books you have written, which put in mind of the books of Kenneth Roberts, including Oliver Wiswell. (My favorite was “Lydia Bailey.”) While taking a Spanish history and literature course during the 1990’s, I was assigned to write and present a paper about the Spanish War of Independence. I think I will enjoy the Sharpe novels. I hope your prolific writing career continues for many years.
