Mr. Cornwell, I would like to say thank you to you for all of the books that you have written and continue to write. I discovered you about three years ago when I found your King Arthur series. I am a very slow reader, but I couldn’t get enough of them and tore them very quickly. >From there I read the Grail Quest books and then discovered the Saxon series (which hooked me on your writing for good). Since then, I have been reading a steady diet of Cornwell. I just finished the Starbuck Chronicles and am about to start Death of Kings when it is released here in the states. My wife and mother also wish to thank you because you have made it very easy for them to Christmas shop for me. I have Ulcerative colitis so I read a lot when I flare up, and really found it interesting how to tied Alfred’s stomach condition to it in the Saxon stories. I haven’t written authors before, but again wanted to thank you because your books have really given me something to enjoy as well as the amount of knowledge I have learned – I love the historical notes at the end of the books. My only question would be – will we not ever get another Starbuck adventure. The Bloody Ground was excellent, but I hated that it was the last one! I guess I will say the same thing when Uhtred of Bebbanburg has his last adventure.
