I do not wish to preface this message with any type of request or attempt at your affection. I simply would like to tell you that these moments that I am taking out of my evening to thank you for your wonderful stories, are the least that I could do to express my appreciation for your talent. While I appreciate each of your many works, The Saxon Chronicles hold a special place in my heart in particular Uhtred. I find it difficult to happen upon a story line that holds my attention for as long as this one and I eagerly await the follow up to The Pagan Lord. For the sake of my fellow fans, I will not take up too much of your time. I simply feel the need to say that your books have brought joyful moments in to my life and I owe you a debt of gratitude for that.
