Dear Mr. Cornwell,
I am writing to tell you how enthralling I found your Saxon Tales. Well done, sir! Or, should I say, I wish I hadn’t discovered Uhtred. I neglected my duties at home because I couldn’t put the books down! I discovered your stories only this past Christmas and devoured all seven books in three weeks. I finished Pagan Lord just now. There’s a strong possibility that I will be moving to England with my family by summer. If this happens, we will live in old East Anglia, near Lakenheath, where I will work on the RAF base there. I look forward to hopefully reading the next installment there, perhaps in our home in Mildenhall, where many American expats live. ‘Til then, I’m immersing myself in your Warlord Chronicles.
