I drive a lot so listen to your books on tape (I still say tape cuz I’m 55) First book was the fort. Being an American, I thought it was the American ship captain who was the main character. I really like the Saxon series. I have a brother in-law who is a prophesier of medieval literature. He likes the fact that I know about that period of England. So do I, like you said us USA ers . Know to the day when we started. But Anglo land is more hazy. Oh I must have looked like idiot when my brother in-law told me that Ethel red was the king of England. Love the fact vs. fiction at the end the best. Especially the Spanish soldiers who all fired their guns a then dropped them and started running. I really laugh at that. I could see it happening those old black powder guns are uber loud. Keep up the good work.
