Just a quick note to say thank you – your novels have been an inspiration ever since I discovered the “Grail Trilogy’ when it first came out. (I think I read ‘Harlequin’ in one sitting.) I’m working on my first novel, set in 17th-century Scotland, and was just re-reading your advice to first-time writers for more inspiration. I can’t wait to read your newest books.
