I knew that your non-fiction treatment of Waterloo would be highly entertaining…as well as informative and accurate. I was NOT disappointed. Your use of maps and pictures was most appreciated and helped the book come alive. The liberal use of quotes and eyewitness observations flavored the stew and I came away with a greater understanding of a well-known battle and historical moment. Thanks. I’d love to see similar treatments of more battles under your skillful hand.
