I read the Winter King trilogy as soon as each book was published, devouring each new one with delight. Back then my husband and I shared books and it was torture waiting for my turn if he had first crack at the edition. So why didn’t I do some basic research and discover the rest of your prodigious output? So glad I didn’t, because I wouldn’t have the great joy of discovering Richard Sharpe now that I have time to lose myself in nonstop adventure. I should have Googled your name long ago and not lived so long in ignorance, but I was busy reading Patrick O’Brian and Jane Austen and a long list of others. Just finished “Sharpe’s Trafalgar” and went looking for you online to see if I had to go back and start at the beginning, but I see they can be enjoyed like chocolate, in any order. Thanks. It’s also a pleasure to be able to directly tell the author.
