Robert Ludlum, while he was alive was so protective of his Jason Bourne novels. Ludlum vetoed all efforts to film his novels except the Richard Chamberlain 1988 television movie and the 2001 film The Bourne Identity. Is this the same reason excepting Sharpe and The last Kingdom, none of your novels have been brought to televison and or film?
