I just wanted to say thank you for sharing your gift for writing with your readers. I have enjoyed your books immensely over the years for longer than I care to say. I started with Mr. Sharpe and after wearing those out I moved to the Grail Quest, then the Saxon Tales and then the Warlord trilogy. I have made stops at Stonehenge and Agincourt. I find myself finishing the cycle then starting over because I miss the friends you have created. I have often thought Uhtred an excellent character for film but dread the thought at the same time because they could never capture his character on film. In closing, once again thanks for the years of entertainment and for creating a desire to learn more of British history.
