The best part was about Christians turning everything fun or enjoyable into sin. You hit the nail on the head that time. I am an Episcopalian which is very suspect in many Christian circles. However, being picked up at death by Valkyries and flown off to the great hall with food, drink and assorted wenching has a certain charm to it. I may buy a hammer to hang around my neck. They are available on eBay too.
My wife would probably have reservations about the wenching. It’s been a long time since I have seen any really young fawns. Good stuff Mr. Cornwell, thank you.
