First, Patrick O’Brian and now yourself have greatly enriched my evening reading time – Thank you Sir!!
While other genres occasionally attract my interest, most seem dull compared to your historical fictions. The Starbuck Chronicles resurrected and animated a dramatic time in ways Messrs. S. Foote, J. McPherson, D. Freeman, M. Shaara & others simply could not. Any chance of a fifth book in that series?
I mean, 4 books for Nathan are simply not enough!!
You almost ripped my heart out in The Empty Throne’s Prologue!! However, I was so releaved and happy with its last sentence – we’re now enjoying The Last Kingdom’s Warriors of the Storm, while looking forward to The Flame Bearer. Also, am very excited to see your March 26th mention here that another book for Uhtred is underway – WHoo Rahh!!
I can also attest to the brilliance of your Grail Quest series, 1356 and Agincourt. Please know that additional titles in these times are greatly encouraged too.
My family has enjoyed the Sharpe’s video series with Sean Bean. If I live long enough, perhaps I’ll read those as well…
