Hi Mr. Cornwell.
In a November 27th post, Adam asked if you would ever consider writing about the Crimean War, and you indicated that it was unlikely. I would like to commend for Adam the Fancy Jack Crossman series by Garry Douglas Kilworth. He fights all the way through the Crimean War, into the Seypoy Mutiny and ends up in New Zealand. I found them to be quite good (almost on a par with Sharpe).
I realize that you may not be enthusiastic about recommending another author, but I hope you will make an exception here, since you don’t plan to write about the Crimea yourself.
