You have very recently said that some of the actors’ performances in The Last Kingdom programme has surpassed your vision for that particular character. I was wondering if you were comfortable talking about who they are?
Personally I found the actors for Alfred, Ubba, Skorpa, Hild, Sigefrid, both Oddas, Æthelwold, Brida, Sigurd (gone too soon!), Leofric, Ælswith, and probably some others I’m forgetting at the moment to be superb.
