Dear Mr Cornwell,
Thank you for getting me through this pandemic with your Last Kingdom series. I had been watching the Netflix series when a friend told me it was based on your books and I’ve just lived in Uhtred’s world for all 13 books and it saved me from noting that I was locked in my home for almost 300 days now. How lucky we are that you moved to the US and took up writing, I can’t wait to move on to your other books now that I have seen England formed. Thank you for creating an escape world in which I could learn about English history!
