A word of appreciation. I came across your Sharpe books close to their beginnings and would hunt each one down as it was published. That was years ago. But last week I stumbled across one of the novels again and rediscovered the pleasure of marching with Richard Sharpe. It led me to digging them out again and finding joy in the characters and settings. (Its also got me trying to figure out a way to travel to some of these places!)
