I have been reading the Sharpe series and find each hard to put down.  The last book I read was Sharpe’s Enemies.  I must confess I am angry with you.  At Teresa’s death the grief stricken Sharpe destroys the doll Teresa had so lovingly created. It would have seemed more logical for Sharpe to have taken the doll and given it to his infant daughter since it would have been the one tangible thing connecting her with her father and an expression of her mother’s love.  Onward to Sharpe’s Honor.
