I finished reading the saxon chronicles last year and just recently the last kingdom series on netflix. It was really hard to say goodbye, that hasn’t really happened to me yet with a book series. I struggled with whether I should read through them too fast or should I savor them and only read a chapter a day! I really dig your style! Something that crossed my mind throughout the books that I’m sure has crossed other fans minds maybe even yours, was a book or two going into detail about Finan’s life before meeting Uhtred. From talking with others he seemed to be a favorite.
Really just wanted to say thanks for writing a great series. Look forward to reading them all over again!
