My father was an avid reader of your books and had collected all of them up until his death in 2009. Being a teenager, I was too young to appreciate your work back then, but now at age 35, I have started to read and begin my own collection of the Sharpe books; I now understand why my dad loved your books so much.
So, I just really wanted to say thank you. Thank you for making it feel like he’s here with me whenever I pick up one of your books.
