Hey Mr. Cornwell,
My name is Jake and The Last Kingdom is my favorite show. Furthermore, I finished reading The Flame Bearer today and noticed that you live in Charleston too. I moved to West Ashley in August, and I work at a bank on Meeting Street. I usually walk downtown after work, often times with Lívstræðrir from the soundtrack playing in my headphones. I watch the show each winter, and I’m thoroughly enjoying the books. . Beyond entertainment, there’s a catharsis for me with Uhtred’s journey back to his home; while Charleston is lovely, my heart is somewhere else. If I never get the chance to meet you in person, I want to thank you for creating such a wonderful series.
