I’m sure you get a million fan mails, but I wanted to say that I’ve finally made my way through the entire Sharpe series and enjoyed it immensely. It took me a few years, not just one after the other, but regularly enough.
I saw an episode of Sharpe’s Rifles on TV and enjoyed it enough. I saw that it was based on a book so I checked it out of the library. Then I realized it was an entire series, so I did my best to read them in chronological order.
I’m sorry to have reached the end, but perhaps there will be another book coming. You’ve created a great character and written a wonderful series of books.
