Your fictional heroes are superb at winning their own battles but it would seem that YOU are really struggling to win your own battle with the publishers. Do you think that they will ever let you call a book Slaughteryard! Best send Sharpe or Uhtred round to see them next time with the manuscript for a bit of “friendly persuasion”.
