I am a former School Principal and currently the Director of Tuition Time Learning Centres. I am completely besotted with your writings and have every book except the “Rebel” series. The pages exploring Richard Sharpe’s exploits are worn and tattered… I must have read all of them 10 times, hoping to catch some little facet of the story I missed? However, the Uhtred series, without doubt is my favourite. The portrayal of King Alfred is so real and vivid. The dialogues he has with Uhtred are so
like my brother here in Australia, who is an Anglican Minister of some repute.
