Re the question from someone else about doing a book on John Hawkwood. Just to wet your appetite, he was an Essex man. Admittedly not South Essex but the better part of Essex, North. His life and achievements are fascinating and not well publicised these days even in his home village. I am am eagerly awaiting the next Uhtred book, please write faster.
