Hello Mr. Cornwell,
I just wanted to write to you and tell you that the Saxon Stories are some of my absolute favorite books. I’ve had to replace a few due to wear and tear from rereading them over and over. Battle Flag was the first book I’d ever read of yours, this was years and years ago, and I’ve been following your work ever since. I’m an archaeologist and I credit a love of history and historical fiction as the driving force behind my career and your books feed that passion. I’ve even got friends and family to read your books. Thank you, sir, for many many hours of pleasurable reading and I’m eagerly awaiting Uhtred’s next adventure.
Take care,
Bobby
