I simply wanted to thank you for bringing various parts of history so wonderfully alive! I especially appreciate your attention to detail and the historical notes that you include. So far, I’ve managed to read several of your works, including the entire Richard Sharpe series. In truth, it was the BBC television series that got me interested, but once I began reading your books, I was hooked. You have created exceptionally memorable characters, infused them into historical intrigue, and have earned a lifelong fan. I simply wanted to express my appreciation for your dedication to your craft and as Sharpe, Harper or Uhtred march again, I will read again!
