Dear Bernard. I and many of my friends are huge fans of your books, particularly the Grail Quest, Warlord and the current chronicles of Uhtred and Alfred. We all live in Dorset and were wondering if you had some connection with the county, as various Dorset places seem to be visited regularly in your books, notably Dorchester, Badon Hill, Abbotsbury and Wareham. We had intended to see you at Bovington on the 15th October, but were all overrun by work commitments. Thank you for signing the book for Lee, though I expect you get to sign hundreds, every place that you visit. Even so, it was greatly appreciated.
