Hi Bernard, Never read any of your books until I started the Alfred series. I’m a great fan of writers such as Nigel Tranter and Alfred Duggan and it’s no mean compliment to state that you are up there with them…amongst the best. The Alfred series is simply wonderfully entertaining.I’m delighted to read that you intend continuing with the series after The Burning Land.Please do not stop there as I need my daily “fix” of the adventures of Uhtred.Thanks for all the reading pleasure.
