G’day Bernard, I am writing from Melbourne Australia and I am a big fan of your work. There must be lots of your fans in Australia because my local library has had most of the books when I’ve looked for them. Have you ever been “down under” or do you have any plans to do so? I have been a long time fan of “Historical King Arthur” stories since I read Rosemary Sutcliff’s ‘Sword at Sunset’ at high school. THe first book of yours I borrowed was ‘The Winter King’ but I couldn’t get into it and I had only read the first chapter when it due to be returned. Then about 12 months later(2001) your “Arthur Trilogy” was recommended by fans on Jack Whyte’s website. I tried ‘The Winter King’ again and I was HOOKED! Since then I have read almost all your books, even the “Sharpe” and “Starbuck” series which hadn’t interested me before. I can’t wait to get a copy of ‘The Burning Land’. Keep up the great work.
