Mr. Cornwell, I wanted to thank you for years of reading enjoyment. Being of mixed Norwegian, Danish and Irish background I have particularly enjoyed those books in the Saxon Stories and am greatly looking forward to reading “Sword Song”. Why is it that there has not been more historical fiction written on such a rich period as the Viking Age? I’m biased, of course. You are certainly a very prolific writer. As an aspiring historical fiction writer, myself, I wonder just how you do it? Your books are obviously well researched. Each has a wealth of detail. How do you find the time to do such extensive research and still have time to write? Happy New Year……….Tom Ball
