Dear Bernard, Thank you so much for all your books. Reading about the different periods has got me more and more interested in finding out more about our history. Particularly the Middle Ages (perhaps because I’m a regular visitor to Rhodes, Greece not US, especially the Knights of St John.) and the Napoleonic era. While awaiting the release of Sword Song I’m reading Nelson and Napoleon by Christopher Lee. In this I notice a certain Pierre Roger Ducos helped Napoleon overturn the directory in 1799. Would this be the same Ducos that is such a pain in Sharpe’s side? All the best. Ed Harvey
